Request a refund
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you used to buy DeusPen.
- Choose Request a refund, pick a reason, and select DeusPen.
- Submit. Apple decides on the request and tells you by email.

After a refund
If Apple grants a refund, DeusPen adjusts what is unlocked the next time it opens. Your settings stay on your devices.
The Mac companion
The DeusPen Mac companion is free, so there is nothing to refund for it. You can delete it at any time.
